Reduce the height of the first storey from 4.0 metres to 3.2 metres
Reduce the minimum podium height from 10.5 metres to 8.0 metres
Reduce the tower setback from 11 metres to:
3.0 metres on the north side
9.6 metres on the south side
7.5 metres from the building façade to the easterly (rear) lot line
5.7 metres from the balconies to the easterly (rear) lot line
Increase the length of the tower from 40 metres to 54.5 metres
Increase the tower footprint from 1,000 square metres to 1,092 square metres
Reduce the parking rate from 1.20 spaces per unit to 0.80 spaces per unit
