Building Permit Approved for 420 Kingscourt Drive

We have reached another major milestone for the Kingscourt affordable housing project! The City of Waterloo has approved the building permit application. This means that the designed homes meet all of the Ontario Building Code regulations.

With the application approved construction of the new building can begin. In the next week Norlon Builders, the contractor for the project, will begin mobilizing the site and readying it for construction. The first step will be creating a new parking lot for existing tenants to use during the construction period.
