Albert St, Henry St, Serviss St & McAuslan St Reconstruction: Public Information Centre

Consultation has concluded

The City of Cambridge is proposing to reconstruct the following streets in 2025 subject to budget approval.

  • Albert Street from Elliott Street to Summit Avenue,
  • Henry Street from Elliot Street to Ballantyne Avenue,
  • Serviss Street from Albert Street to Henry Street, and
  • McAuslan Street from Albert Street to Henry Street

The reconstruction work will involve replacing the sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain, curb and gutter, road and sidewalk. Sanitary and water services will also be replaced to property line. A private contractor selected through the City’s public tender process will undertake the reconstruction. A private contractor selected through the City’s public tender process will complete the reconstruction.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our public information centre has been moved to a virtual format. Please view the proposed plans to see how they will affect your property, institution or residence. This is your opportunity to review the project and provide your comments to City Staff and the Engineering consultant.
