Construction Update - July 23, 2021

Work completed to date:

  • Landscaping and driveway installation between Dolph Street and Montrose Street;
  • Sidewalk and landscaping between Montrose Street and Bishop Street.


Work to be completed over the next 2 weeks:

  • Surface asphalt paving within the project limits, Eagle Street to Bishop Street;
  • Pavement markings on King Street;
  • General site clean up.


Surface asphalt paving is scheduled to be completed overnight between the hours of 7pm and 7am, and is anticipated to take up to three (3) nights. Work is anticipated to start the evening of Wednesday July 28 and complete on Friday Jul 30. All work is weather dependent. During the work, King Street will be closed to traffic in stages and please do NOT park along King Street within paving zone.
