In a continued effort to enhance service and safety on the Regional road network for pedestrians, cyclists and drivers, Regional staff reviewed traffic operations at the intersection of Cedar Creek Road and Trussler Road. The findings, which included a review of safety performance and consideration of the societal cost of injury crashes, resulted in a recommendation to construct a roundabout at this location.
Prior to making a final recommendation to Regional Council, Regional staff are inviting the public to provide input on the proposed roundabout at this location. You can provide feedback online until February 11 through the survey below. The feedback you provide by completing this survey, will be summarized and shared with Council when a recommendation is brought forward.
If you have specific concerns or questions about the project, please email Jeff Nyenhuis, P.Eng, Engineer at: jnyenhuis@regionofwaterloo.ca.
