Virtual World Café on Affordable Housing

Virtual World Café on Affordable Housing 

Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 8:45am-12:00pm.

Systems impacting affordable housing in our community will be examined to develop a set of strategies, recommendations and solutions that will be shared with the Wellbeing Waterloo Region Affordable Housing network who will then collaboratively work to implement and activate them. 

Representatives from many different sectors, including social services, housing, social inclusion and public service are invited to participate to ensure that a diverse perspective is captured. Resources will be collected and shared with all the participants.

Feeling Your Way Through Covid-19

A free online event designed to address emotional wellness during this challenging time.

This event is part of the City of Waterloo’s online wellness series “staying healthy and well: a virtual series for seniors”. The weekly topics are open to residents 55+, and all adults and caregivers.

Sessions will be hosted via Zoom video conferencing, and require preregistration. Free assistance and support for Zoom is also available.
