Through the recent ‘Kitchener Wants to Serve You Right’ public consultation, we heard from you that you’d like to be able to easily access more services online.
We have plans to launch a new and improved website experience where you will be able to find services and perform service transactions with the City in a single place. You will be able to customize this new online experience with content, transactions, and information that’s relevant to you. Help us understand what we should offer by telling us about the content and services you’d like to see available.
