The City of Waterloo has initiated an official plan amendment for the Erbsville South area of Waterloo. The amendment would incorporate the Erbsville South Block Plan into the city's official plan. If you wish to make a presentation to council, call 519-747-8549 prior to 10 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 27, 2020. For more information visit the public notice section of our website.

You are invited to review and provide comments on this draft Erbsville South Block Plan. Please tell us what you think by Dec. 20, 2019 using the survey provided to the left on this page.

Please join us for this second public information centre. A discussion paper and land use analysis highlighting the existing conditions and several potential land use options for the Erbsville area has been prepared and will be shared at this session. Closer to the session date, these documents will be posted on this page. The information centre will provide an opportunity to review the discussion paper and analysis and ask questions about the study.

You are invited to attend a public information centre to introduce a land use study for the Erbsville South area of Waterloo. A block plan study will identify how the area may grow and develop. The study will review growth and development options and provide policies for transportation, environmental protection and managing growth. 

The public information centre will provide information regarding the study process, provide background information about the study area, and allow an opportunity for the public to ask questions about the study.
