Opportunity for local small business owners

I would love to see more independent grocers, locally-owned coffee shops, and non-chain corner stores go in to these new buildings. These are important place-making sites, where the community / neighbourhood can gather, and especially the grocers help to mitigate the "food desert" phenomenon that so often plagues downtowns in cities. I hope that the rent will not be too high and that the city can encourage its citizens (new and with a legacy here) to realize their entrepreneurial dreams. Would hate to see chain stores go in.

Frederick St up to Frederick Mall should be SGA4.

We know that this will be the case 20 years from now. Might as well do it now and reap some benefits for the city

Accessibility for those with disabilities isn't mentioned anywhere.

Accessibility needs to be integrated in every single aspect of planning. Everything from the designs of the homes, to the spaces they're in, the location they're in, the resources available around it, the resources to get around it, and so on. Disabilities are also more than what meets the eye. DTK is inaccessible for many with disabilities as is. Continuing to plan and develop infrastructure while not even mentioning accessibility once in the entire draft is saddening.

More opportunity for Sga 2 or 3

Its unfortunate that most area fall in flood plane around mill station. On order to make best use of left over area around mill station lrt, I firmly believe that marked area in my photo should be Sga3 or atleast sga2. Proximity to employment area, parks , lrt , it's perfect candidate for high rise

Sga 3 suggested in area ottawa street south.

2 large Parks, access to highway, Bank, institution, mall, regional road, lrt with 600 meters, large lots, old houses, high rise across street, Ymca, this area is perfect candidate to create another mixed use high rise. SgA 3 suggested for houses located in between kinzie ottawa intersection until mill street station. It is perfect transition compatible with across street Sga zoning.
