The city wishes to invest in green infrastructure (i.e., replace standard lighting with more environmentally-friendly options). How important is investing in green infrastructure to you?
The city's asset management plan identified both target condition (assets meeting anticipated service levels) and a budget condition (the condition projected based on how much we plan on spending as described in the existing 2016 to 2025 capital budget and forecast). In order to achieve the target condition for facility assets, an increase in annual capital maintenance funding of $5.3 million is needed, representing an average annual household property tax increase of $95 or $7.92 per month. Rank the importance to you of increasing funding for facility infrastructure.
