Phase 2 Construction Update: May 23 to 26

Note: Construction updates are being provided as a courtesy to keep residents appraised of upcoming work. Due to the nature of construction, schedules can quickly change and residents should be prepared for unexpected changes.

The following update is for the week of May 23:

1. Benching maintenance hole structures.
2. Installing storm catch basins.
3. Replacing water and sanitary service laterals to property line.

Please be advised that CN Rail is starting construction on the spurline rail tracks and may will block roadways in the neighbourhood over the next several weeks. The tentative schedule for this work is:

May 23 to 26 – Moore Avenue South

May 29 to June 2 – Roger Street
