Help us improve recreation and fitness opportunities for LGBTQ2+ people of all ages!
We want to hear from adults and youth who are LGBTQ2+ or who are questioning their sexual and/or gender identity. We also want to hear from parents of kids who are LGBTQ2+ or questioning.
Tell us what recreation and fitness programming would best meet your needs, and give us feedback on how we can make our programs and facilities more safe and welcoming for you and your family.
Your feedback will help us create new programs intended specifically for LGBTQ2+ adults, children, and youth - and help us make our centres inclusive for everyone in our community.
Remember to subscribe to this page using the button at the top right to get updates about the survey results and next steps.
Thank you to Spectrum, Waterloo Region's Rainbow Community Space, for their advice and support in designing this survey.
Want to help offer LGBTQ2+ programs?
Are you interested in volunteering as an organizer of LGBTQ2+ recreation or fitness activities? Or are you an LGBTQ2+ yoga, fitness, or sports instructor who might be interested in a paid position? Please contact Mary Dowhaniuk, stating your interest at Mary.Dowhaniuk@kitchener.ca or 519-741-2200 x5071
