Speeding in Riverside

My favorite park in Cambridge is Riverside Park. Unfortunately, it is not safe for pedestrians and cyclists to use the roadbetween King and Speedsville. 80% of the vehicles are travelling at double the 20 km limit. Ive witnessed park staff driving over the speed limit, as well. These arenot rare occurrences. Ive emailed the City numerous times regarding this issue. Why is it ok to speed inside a city park?
