The Junior Play Area includes a small play structure with a ramp leading from ground level to the first platform. There is an activity panel which is covered by a “hex hat shade” roof and ramps to the second and third platforms which include single and double slides. The play structure can also be accessed by stairs, including a transfer station; and by climbing components. A series of ladybug and ant steps lead to one of the entrances of the play structure and a series of log steps and plastic cubes lead to another. There is a climbing net, an accessible spinner, a butterfly and inchworm climber, a spinner bowl, butterfly stilts and musical equipment. The swing set includes two infant swings.
