Thank you to everyone who joined us on June 28th, 2023, for our second public information centre. It was great to hear your feedback on the alternative solutions for Schneider and Shoemaker Creek!

Based on your input, consultation with Indigenous rights holders, and internal review, we have chosen alternative 4 as the preferred solution. Alternative 4 includes a naturalization of the channel and banks of the creeks.

What's Next

We will hold a third Public Information Centre on December 12 from 5 to 8 p.m. At this open house, we will ask for your feedback on design concepts for the preferred solution. Event details and a registration form will be available in November.
