We would like to hear from you! We are looking for your feedback to help us finalize the Region's service standards. Service standards are guidelines that we use to make sure the Region is consistently providing great service to the people in our community. For example, when we are designing services, the service standards describe how we will collect feedback and how we will provide service to the community. Your input into the service standards will have an impact on how people interact with the different services from the Region and your participation in these sessions will help inform us to make future experiences better for you and everyone in our community!
