Public meeting: using city-owned lands at 2025 University Ave E for housing

Thank you to everyone who attended the public meeting on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. Staff presented an overview of the need for more housing, the Ministerial Zoning Order process to enable residential uses on the site, and how various issues such as traffic impacts, and building design will be considered and incorporated into any future development. Residents had the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
