Wellington South and Maple Ridge Road Reconstruction: Public Information Centre

The City of Cambridge is proposing to reconstruct Maple Ridge Road from Wellington South to Harris Street and Wellington South from Bruce Street to Maple Ridge Road in 2025 subject to budget approval.
The reconstruction work will generally involve replacing the sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain, curb and gutter, road and sidewalk. Sanitary and water services will also be replaced to property line. Proposed work on each is outlined in the attached Information Package. A private contractor selected through the City’s public tender process will undertake the reconstruction.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City will be undertaking virtual consultation.You are invited to review the proposed plans to see how they will affect your property, institution or residence. Plans will be posted for a period of three (3) weeks starting November 30th, and comments will be accepted during this three week period. This is your opportunity to review the project and provide your comments to City Staff and the Engineering consultant.
