How can I give feedback on an application?
Have your say using our feedback form. All feedback is collected, compiled and shared to council members if it is received on time and all feedback is added to the to the final report.

You can also attend a public meeting. Public meetings are listed on the zone change application page when the scheduled date and time are known.
How can I ask the planner a question?
If you don't find an answer to your question on the application page or under the submitted questions and responses at the bottom of the page, you can submit a question using the Ask Questions tool. You will receive an answer and the response might be posted publicly.
