  • removing the holding (H) symbol from the subject property zoning
  • reducing the minimum required podium height from 10.0 m to 6.1 m
  • reducing the minimum required tower separation distance from an interior lot line from 11.0 m to 8.2 m
  • reducing the minimum tower stepback above the podium from 3.0 m to 0.0 m on the east and west sides of the proposed towers
  • change bicycling parking space requirements to allow for stacked bicycle parking
  • permit geothermal wells
