A Condominium is a form of tenure that identifies individual ownership of units with common elements shared by all unit owners. A Vacant Land Condominium contains vacant units (which are considered to be lots in the City of Waterloo Zoning By-law) rather than units that are contained within a building.

LMRW GP Inc. is proposing a Vacant Land Condominium with four units and common element areas that include driveways, servicing, and amenity areas. Each of the four units are proposed to be developed with a multi-unit residential building.
