Thank you to everyone who applied to the Resident Panel and submitted an expression of interest for a Community Conversation.

Applications are now closed. All applicants will be notified before July 3, 2026 regardless of the outcome.

While this opportunity has wrapped up, there are still plenty of ways to get involved.

How to get involved

Earlier this year, we heard from over 850 Kitchener residents about what matters most for the city’s future. We are now digging a little deeper to better understand how residents are experiencing change and daily life in Kitchener.

You may see our street teams out in the community at local events, community centres, and other gathering places – be sure to stop by, say hello, and connect with us.

In the meantime, the conversation continues online. We’ve posted questions on the Engage Kitchener project page, and we’re looking for your ideas and input. Take a moment to read what your neighbours are saying, reflect on what matters most to you, and help us shape the future of our community.
