Construction for the rehabilitation of the banks of the tributary channel to Clair Creek is essentially complete. The Contractor may be on-site for brief periods over the coming days to complete minor tasks or finish cleaning up.

Please note the following warranty information regarding sod and plantings:

• Sod has a 60-day warranty from time of laying, or 30-days following the start of the Spring growing season (April 15) if planted the previous year.
• Plantings (i.e. trees and shrubs) have a 2-year warranty.

For residents that received sod in late fall 2024, this means that the warranty is up as of May 15, 2025. For residents who received sod this spring, the warranty is up as of June 29, 2025.

Despite the warranty, residents are responsible to maintain their sod, with the possible exception of watering. General requirements to ensure the sod establishes are provided in notices that have been mailed out to residents.
