Kitchener City Council has approved Digital Kitchener 2.0, a refreshed strategy that will guide the City’s digital initiatives, priorities, and investments from 2026 to 2030. The strategy is shaped by extensive community and stakeholder engagement and focuses on collaboration, accessibility, and innovation, ensuring that digital services are efficient, inclusive, and guided by community voices.

The approved strategy will inform future digital projects and investments through the City’s regular budget process.
