Consultation has concluded

Throughout the summer season, portions of Queen Street East in Hespeler and Main Street in Galt were closed to vehicular traffic to support local businesses and encourage a safe pedestrian atmosphere. The closures were:

  • Queen Street East in Hespeler, between Guelph Avenue and Tannery Street (Saturdays, 8 a.m. - 11 p.m.)
  • Main Street in Galt, between Ainslie Street and Water Street
