Share feedback and stories on neighbourhood heritage until Oct. 8, 2025

18 September 2025

Thank you to everyone who joined us at our recent Open House and walkshops in Caryndale and Queens Boulevard. We appreciate your taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback with us.

If you weren't able to make it, we'd still like to hear from you! There are two new opportunities to get involved in the Cultural Heritage Landscape review online. Help us develop heritage planning policies within the Official Plan that reflect community knowledge, concerns, and priorities.

Share your neighbourhood memories

Heritage can include stories, memories, knowledge or traditions associated with a landscape. Although they don’t relate to the physical built form, these are also an important part of heritage conservation.

We'd love to hear your stories and see your photos of what's unique or special about your neighbourhood – and how it came to be! What do you know about your neighbourhood's past? What made it what it is? Open until Oct. 3, 2025.

Answer a survey

Caryndale, Pandora, Queens Boulevard and Rockway residents are also invited to answer a survey. Review the neighbourhood maps and their Proposed Heritage Attributes in the Open House slides. Then tell us what cultural heritage should we conserve in your neighbourhood? Open until Oct. 3, 2025.

Join a neighbourhood walk

Attention Pandora and Rockway residents! We are hosting neighbourhood walks in your area next week. Share your feedback on a proposed list of your neighbourhood’s heritage attributes to be protected - and your neighbourhood’s defined boundary. No registration is needed.
