Concept 1: Common Thread: This design includes a central pathway that bends through the site with seating areas, a central play area, a pavilion and open lawn spaces. This concept also provides a teen hangout space, overhead string lights in a gathering space, and planting beds throughout the park.

Concept 2 - Floorplan as Siteplan: The design for this concept arranges a series of spaces along a connecting path, with each space acting as a room within the park. Key areas include a play space at the edge of the park, a cloud-shaped shade structure, a variety of seating spaces, lawn areas, a community gathering area and planting beds. Entrances also include "welcome mat' paving patterns.
