Zoning By-Law Phase One Recommendation Report - Council Meeting

A recommendation report is being brought to Council on Phase One of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law with Form-Based Residential Zoning. Phase one brings forward form based residential zones. Other zones will be considered part of future phases at a later date.

Please Note: Recommendation report named, "25-034-PG - Comprehensive Zoning By-law Review – Phase 1 – Form Based Residential Zones" was deferred at Council on December 15, 2025 and is being brought back to Council for decision at this meeting.
