We are getting ready to launch new Region of Waterloo websites so you can easily find the information and services you need. This update will make our websites more accessible, inclusive and easier for everyone to navigate.

You can help! We are running in-person focus groups to help test the websites before launch. Sign up below to be a tester and receive a $25 gift card for your participation. You will use one of our computers or phones to complete a series of tasks on the website and answer some questions about your experience. The study should take you between 15 to 30 minutes.

We will be running an in-person focus group for the Grand River Transit (GRT) website on Friday March 6th, 2026 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at one of our downtown Kitchener locations.
