Your Experience Matters!

The Region of Waterloo is reviewing how residents experience our services and we would like to include you, as a member of our community, in this ongoing project. We need to know what a good service experience looks like and feels like to you so that we can deliver better services to you and to others who live and work in Waterloo Region. We will use an equity-centred lens during our review to ensure the services we offer are accessible, inclusive and meet the needs of everyone in the community. We also want your experience to be consistent, so no matter what service you access, or how you access it, you receive a great experience each and every time!
