Project overview

Growth plans for the village of St. Jacobs in the Township of Woolwich are being developed for the coming decades. Supporting the development of these growth plans includes completing a Class Environmental Assessment to identify the preferred approach for how the Region can provide wastewater treatment.

The second public meeting intends to provide a summary of the study’s progress to date, outline the environmental assessment process, potential impacts on the Conestogo River, alternative solutions, the approach to evaluating each alternative and next steps in the project. Staff will be available during this virtual meeting to answer questions about the project.
