For Phase 1A (Willow to Herbert)

• Minimal work expected.

For Phase 1B (Herbert to Mary)

• Installation of conduits and wiring for the new pedestrian crossover equipment at Herbert St. Above ground signals and line painting may be delayed, pending receipt of equipment and resolution of some outstanding issues regarding nearby power lines.
• Concrete curbs, sidewalk and driveway aprons.
• Roadway asphalt.

For Phase 1C (Mary to King)

• Finish installation of underground services.
• Construction of new road structure.
• Commissioning of new watermain and final connections (will result in a water shutdown for notified residents).
• Concrete curbs, sidewalk and driveway aprons.
• Roadway asphalt.
