Note: Construction updates are being provided as a courtesy to keep residents appraised of upcoming work. Due to the nature of construction, schedules can quickly change, and residents should be prepared for unexpected changes.

Construction works until September 11, 2026 include:

For Phase 1A (Willow to Herbert)

• No work is planned for Phase 1A, however please note that the asphalt sub-contractor was unable to complete paving of all driveways within the allotted time.The three driveways that were not restored will be restored concurrently with the driveways in Phase 1B, when it’s time to restore Phase 1B driveways.

For Phase 1B (Herbert to Mary):

• Test and commission Phase 1B watermain.
• Final connections for new watermain to existing system (prepare for water shutdown, notices to be provided to affected residents).
• Possible installation of curb.

For Phase 1C (Mary to King)

• Setup and commissioning of temporary watermain (prepare for water shutdown, notices to be provided to affected residents).
