Uptown Community Improvement Plan (CIP)

The City of Waterloo is reviewing the Community Improvement Plan (CIP), a tool designed to encourage property owners, businesses and developers to undertake projects that enhance the community. By offering financial incentives for things like enhancing storefronts and upgrading accessibility, the CIP helps boost local investment and supports economic growth.
