Preparations for the placement of surface asphalt will start sometime the week of September 22, 2025 on Moore Avenue, weather permitting. See process below.

• Concrete crew arrives on site to:
  • raise maintenance hole and catch basin lids on the roadway;
  • remove the temporary asphalt curb and fill in the area behind catch basins with concrete curb; and
  • address any concrete deficiencies on-site such as cracked curbs or sidewalks.

• Once the concrete crew is finished, the asphalt crew will arrive to place the surface asphalt. There may be a gap of time between the concrete crew and asphalt crew.
• Following placement of surface asphalt, a landscaping crew will repair any sod damage from surface asphalt, or address outstanding landscaping issues.

Overall, the process shouldn’t interfere with daily routines, and access to driveways will be maintained. Some accommodation may be needed if work is occurring in front of your home at any given time and in that case parking passes will be provided.
