This new building has been designed as a 378 unit mixed-income building. The units are to be provided across 2 buildings, with one being a 16 storey building and another being a 9 storey building. The units will range in type from 1-bedroom units up to 5-bedrooms units. There will be 76 accessible units provided across all the different unit types.

As a mixed income building, 1/3 of units will be rented at very low rents (RGI), 1/3 of units will be rented at low-income rents and 1/3 of units will be rented at moderate income rents. In addition to the rental units, the building design includes an 88-space childcare center, space for a Community Partner to provide programming and services to the community and dedicated tenant amenity spaces and a retail space.
