2025 Zoning By-law Amendment
The Township of Woolwich is beginning the process of preparing a housekeeping amendment to its Zoning By-law, which was approved in April 2024. This amendment will focus on clarifying provisions and addressing some issues that have come to light since the By-law was adopted.
The goal of the housekeeping amendment is to ensure the Zoning By-law remains clear, consistent, and easy to implement. At this time, the amendment will not involve major policy changes, as these will be considered in a more comprehensive amendment anticipated in 2026, following the adoption of the new Official Plan.
