Key elements of the proposed plan

25 April 2025

The proposed plan by Urban Legend Developments includes mixed-income, mixed-use development with a range of housing types, including townhomes and mid-rise apartments to support a diversity of residents — from first-time buyers to seniors and growing families. The project will also include green space, enhance our popular trail system and integrate public transit access.

Some of the land has been set aside as woodland, wetland and nature sanctuary. Two years of environmental monitoring is required and is currently underway.
