We’ve released new information about the upcoming Johnston Street, Patrick Street, and Wellington Street North road reconstruction project. This multi‑year project will replace underground services, rebuild the road, and improve sidewalks, cycling connections, and overall safety.

Construction is planned in stages beginning April 2026, continuing through 2027 and 2028. During this work, residents and businesses may experience impacts such as traffic detours, service interruptions, temporary changes to driveway access, and tree or landscaping removals. Answer our questionnaire

To help us plan and minimize disruptions, we’re asking residents and property owners in the project area to complete a short questionnaire.
