To be eligible you must:

• Have at least one household member that is 18+ years of age.
• Have an income less than the required household income limit of $88,020 (after tax).
• Not already own a property suitable for year-round living.
• Be able to provide documents that show:
  • Status in Canada for each household member.
• Income and assets for each household member.
• If you have arrears, a repayment agreement in place and in good standing or a balance of zero.
• Bankruptcy discharge, if applicable.
• Your credit report.
