82 Wilson Avenue Kitchener is a 48-unit building owned and operated by Waterloo Region Housing, part of the Region of Waterloo. This is a mixed-income building that includes units rented at the median market rate.

Monthly Rent (including utilities)

These units are for individuals aged 60+. The monthly rent for the one-bedroom units available is $1,585. This includes $118 per month for utilities.

Parking

Parking spots are limited but may be available for an additional fee of $50 per month, provided you will be using the parking spot for a vehicle registered in at least one of your household members' names and the vehicle is in good working condition. Availability will be confirmed upon the offer of a unit.

To be eligible for this one-bedroom unit you must:

• Have at least one household member that is 60+ years of age.

• Have an income less than the required household limit of $88,020 (after tax).

• Not already own a property suitable for year-round living.

• Be able to provide documents that show:

• Status in Canada for each household member.

• Income and assets for each household member.

• If you have arrears, a repayment agreement in place and in good standing or a balance of zero.

• Bankruptcy discharge, if applicable.

• Your credit report.
