Share your feedback through our new self-guided and virtual tours

8 August 2025

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the walking tour at Huron Natural Area! We appreciated hearing about your connection to the area – and exploring together how the City is blending Indigenous and Western knowledge to care for it.

If you weren’t able to attend, you can still take part. Over the next week, we will install new signage throughout the park, offering a self-guided tour experience. Each sign includes a QR code linking to information about aspects of the City’s stewardship plan, including ecological restoration, Indigenous placemaking, and sustainability.

We’ve also launched a virtual version of the walking tour online, so you can learn more and share your feedback any time, any where.

The tour – whether in the park or online – invites reflection, learning, and dialogue about how we care for and connect with one of the city’s most significant natural spaces. Explore the stops and share your thoughts on opportunities and challenges for the stewardship plan. Your feedback will help shape how we care for HNA in the future.

Thanks again for your continued interest and support. If you have any questions, reach out to Rachel Voros by email or phone 519-741-2345 (TTY: 1-866-969-9994)
