During the next few weeks, you may notice surveyors doing a field survey in your neighbourhood. This is being done to prepare for the reconstruction of the street listed above.

A consulting engineering firm is working with City of Kitchener staff. This is common with many city reconstruction projects. The firm of AECOM Canada was selected for this project.

To gather the required details, the survey will include the front of your property and the street. The purpose is to locate all existing features, such as trees, gardens, steps and walkways. We will include these in the plans for the preliminary study and final design.

The surveyors should not interfere with your regular activities. They will identify themselves if you have any questions.
